Sorti la première année de commercialisation de la Famicom, Baseball est le septième jeu produit par Nintendo sur la huit bits. Le soft s’écoulera à plus de 2 350 000 copies au total. Près de 30 ans plus tard, celui-ci a beaucoup vieilli mais on retrouve la patte des producteurs du constructeur nippon. Malgré la petitesse des personnages, les animations amusantes et le gameplay le rendent agréable.
